i have a very basic question herewith. How I could use the new filter with my equipment? Does it fits into a Doepfer Rack foe example? Does it works stand alone? Is an additional power supply necessary?

You need something like this, which is around 400 bucks, or a full 19 inch rack for 800 from API. I understand that some companies are making them cheaper, like the eurorack frames can be found in various places cheaper.
So this is similar to euroracks in that if you buy one module, you have to have a power supply and a cabinet/frame for it, and then you have a bunch of open space.
This seems geared to a studio who already has these “lunchbox” style modular system. The 500 seems to run in the high/mid high price range of these modules. Ive seen them for as cheap as 400 and as high as 1200.
