Just a question - sometimes when 3 KB Cont is in the off position my 3 OSC makes clicks (frequency depends on the octave selector). Is this normal?
I think so, it’s not dependant on the keyboard voltage to cycle. Is the Osc 3 Hi/ low switch set to Low?

Yes. When the 3 KB CONT switch is set to OFF, and the 3 FREQ switch is in the LO position, Oscillator 3 can be used as a sub-audio sound source (producing clicks) and/or as a modulation source (i.e. another LFO).
