Hi all good moogy people.
I just received my hardware upgrade for my Anniversary Ed. Voyager.
My question is this: Will I lose all of the pre-loaded Annv.ED. pre-sets. will they be written over by the newly loaded ones. I know I’ll most likely lose all my edited and original voices. My computer software is ableton live.5 running on a Mac power book with tiger OSX 10.4.5
Also- IS THERE A LIST POSTED ANYWHERE OF THE NAMES OF THE NEWER 3.1 PRESETS. I’m just hoping that its not another 100 or so “fat bass” sounds.
I play synthesizer for it’s creative translations and somewhat unlimited potential not because I want to sound like some 1960’s/1970’s prog. star.
We want the future.
thanks
Steve

Steve, I think that the Anniversary Ed. presets make up one of the v 3.0 banks, so you wouldn’t be losing them. But double check that.
cheers!
You won’t lose the AE presets - they are the same presets that are part of the 3.1 upgrade memory board, along with the RME, EB, SE, TWolf and Zon Pyles banks. What you will lose are any of your own presets or any factory presets that you’ve tweaked. Perform a SysEx dump or use the Editor to save anything special.
A chart listing all of the factory presets was posted on the SquareWave site a while back. The chart displays each of the 128 presets in all six banks, which sounds exactly like what you are looking for.
SquareWave is a Yahoo Groups web site, so you’ll need to register, but it’s free:

Look in Files/Voyager Reference Pages/Voyager OS 3 Sound Chart.zip
You might also want to grab the alphabetized list of all 706 presets:

Hope this helps.
