I’ve got now my new Slim Phatty and I really love it. However the idea was to put it into my 19" rack. For that I had to purchase 2 little metal brackets. And now the question: Why these brackets are obviously made of plutonium doped platinium? The price for these two brackets actually was € 75.- (maybe US$ 107.-).
Anyway the Slim Phatty is now implemented and works great with my CME Midi-Keyboard.
yeah… the overprice is stupid.
i was thinking about getting those wood panels for the SP, but i won’t pay almost U$ 100 for 3 pieces of wood.
Perhaps the seller of the Slim Phatty rack ears was adding their own mark-up?
