Hi everybody,
I got a MuRF 105b and I need to synch it with Pro Tools in order to use it in my live and studio gigs.
I’ve connected an unbalanced cable to tap/step input. This cable is also connected to an analog output of my Digi002 and I send a click signal to the MuRF. The synch works right, but I got a problem: in order to synch properly my MuRF I’ve to push up the volume of the 002 analog out. As result, I clearly hear the click sound coming out from my bass amp cabinets…
Any ideas or solutions to this problem?
Thanks,
STRS
Hmmm, yeah it needs a fairly strong voltage to trigger. You could get one the tap tempo pedals. If you have a midi out on the 002 with a clock signal going to anything with a sync-able LFO you can route the LFO signal to Tap/Step jack.
or get yourself one of these http://www.moogmusic.com/moogerfooger/?section=product&product_id=21339 lol
Thank you all for your replies, that’s a very good news: do you know if it’s possible to upgrade the old MuRF to the new MIDI MuRF? This sholud be the perfect solution…
