0scillattor 2 - 32' octave symbol

Just saw something I never noticed before, under the 32’ octave on oscillator 2 there is a symbol. I was wondering what it was or what it means.
I tried taking a picture of it but came out to blurry, so I started looking for a voyager picture online and stumbled upon a picture of my synth taken by the previous owner.
Not sure if it means something or is a print bug in the first series dunno, any help would be nice. Cheers

Maybe just a little scratch on the covering black foil is causing this.

Dunno, if I look very close it looks like a small circle with a dot in the middle.
Not sure but like you say it might be coming from the back.
