You really think the added function would use up enough memory to be noticed in the Voyagers OS? How about we ask Rudi?
Yes.

Isn't it supposed to be played with the panel up for ergonomics ?
I thought the only reason the pannel went down was for transportation and storage.

Sounds like your rig is on top of a Tardis. Could be handy for getting all those retro sounds

And what would it hurt if the option was available anyway, it's not like you'd be forced to use it.
It would use up memory that could be used for something else and the programmers could also be spending their time on other stuff.

This seems a bit redundant.
Why not just change the octave switchs in the osc. section and save ?

Nooooooo, not the headphone jack.
Have any of you guys that are having difficulty switching octaves or presets tried using an external MIDI device ?

Electro Harmonix goes really great with Moog, and if you want to take them to the next level they can be modded out too. Word on the street is that the newer Nano range can't be modded, or at least the old mods don't work. Im about to get the Graphic Fuzz for my sister, and Im going to see how it w...

The number range shown is just a short version. When you listen closely to the detune, you will notice, that you hear more steps then the shown 256 different ones. You get several different beating frequencies, even if the value in the display is not changed. Also easy to spot on the cutoff knob, w...

I'd rather the backlight knob was assignable.I never use the backlight.
I have a Belton spring reverb tank on my headphone out, so I'd like that to stay as it is.
I agree having the mixer external input knob change presets is not ideal.

Re: Backing up for Voyager's 896 patches

Unless I'm mistaken the editor and sys.ex.lib are both tricky when backing up voices. For this reason I've had little time perusing the editor's great flexibility for patch building. When "recording many" in sys.lib there's only one message of 18 kb. Once the G bank did show the likely am...

Darn near any pedal works well in the mixer out/ filter in jack. I must be unlucky then. Most of the pedals I have tried require a pre amp to boost the signal on the way back in. Can someone please confirm if the Electro Harmonix stuff can be used with a Voyager with out having to add a pre amp/d.i...

last week i picked up my new Voyager Fire red edition. As i noticed the tuning was flat with the tuning pot set to 12 o clock.
This is normal. The tuning will change depending on the heat/humidity in your enviroment.
My tuning knob is never set to 12 o'clock and varies a bit from day to day.

The Revolution has some settings that sound like a 303 but the sound is weak, amp and resonance are not the same as a 303 and note ranges + knob ranges are different. The remix thing with the sequencer is not great and the Fx are a complete waste of time. I did like the layout of the Revo. The steps...
