Re: Wanted: Little Phatty Australia

From memory I paid about 100-200 below the asking price, and got a free gig bag (and a free CP-251 which was through a deal offered by Moog Music at the time).

Re: Wanted: Little Phatty Australia

If you're not necessarily looking for a second hand one, try Awave, they're the only official distributor, and they'll often do you a good deal if you ask. It's where I got mine.

Re: Can I Run My Guitar Through The LP's Filter?

Firstly, chuck a dummy lead (a patch lead with nothing attatched on the other end) into the cv/gate of the LP to keep the gate of the synth open. Then plug your guitar into the audio in of the LP. You may want to turn down both oscillators on the LP as well, as they will continue to ring whilst the ...

Re: Moog Spotting - John Foxx at the Roundhouse

Oh man, I would've loved to have been there. I'm a huge JFoxx fan, and to hear the classics in full analog glory would have been amazing. I'm looking forward to official footage. Numan should have made the most of the analog setup as well, it's a shame he doesn't really embrace his greatest acheivem...

Moog Spotting - John Foxx at the Roundhouse

As some fans may know, John Foxx recently played an all-analogue synth gig at the Roundhouse in London. I wasn't able to go myself (as I'm in Australia), but I thought that the equipment list may interest some people on the forum... Roundhouse Equipment List Synthesizers and Sequencers: ARP Odyssey ...

That'd be awesome, I'd love to be able to poly-fy my LP without the need for extra cables and stuff.

Re: Need help with programming LP Stage II bass

I've been following this thread for a while now, but I've only just gotten round to trying out that patch and it's awesome! Perfect 80's Dance synth bass. Thanks!

I've already voiced this in the old S3 thread we had going, but I think it's pretty important (to me anyway, probably to Taurus III owners as well) so I thought I'd go again. But the ability to divide down the keyboard and send one group of notes (say the lowest octave) out to midi only (to control,...

Voted for sequencer myself. Bonus points would be awarded if the sequence could be saved as presets.

However I'd love to be able to buy a voice expansion unit which would allow poly. A unit with four voices, like DSI's Tetra, would be absolutely ideal.

I wish there was a case like that for the LP, that I could just rip open and plug in and play. I'm looking forward to people's Tauruses arriving, despite the fact I didn't order one. I wanna see some in depth youtube vids! And on a final note, lovin' the guy's forearm tattoos in the Taurus Case phot...

This was sort of mentioned in the Taurus forum...

But being able to split the keyboard, so that one section plays the LP normally, and the other sends midi out. And you can choose where the split point is.

Re: New Phatty Feature

Just thought of it for new code (2.3?) . Listening Amos? I know you have plenty of time for countless user requests. Here's one: Have a 'split' mode in the Phatty that allows a split such that keys from 'middle C' on the Phatty on down get sent out Midi to Taurus and the other keys (C# up) play int...
