Re: Would love a Eurorack version of CP-251
I have a CP-251 specific question here: Can we use the mult on the CP-251 to output a single audio source to multiple destinations? I generally take an output signal from one of my patchbays out of the DAW to reprocess them but I wonder if we can use a mult for the same purpose without relying on t...

Re: Model 10 Mixer question
when I mix moog (+/-5V) and eurorack (+/- 10V in my case), I use the 995 attenuators for point to point connections from euro to moog. the other way, usually isn't a problem.

Re: VX-351 Installation
Follow the cable attached to the connector the VX-351 plugs into. Remove the other end of the cable where it attaches to one of the main circuit boards. Insert the adapter to the place where the cable went, then plug the cable into it. There should be a marker indicating PIN 1 on the adapter and th...

Re: Voltage loss over distance. How about connections?
Reminds me of the first Radio Shack 1/4 inch cable I cut in half. There was about 6 thin wires for the shield and no drain wire. The core conductor was even less metal.
Poor cable indeed.

duophonics with DFAM and Quantizer
Having a little fun with quantizers: - using quantizer on pitch sequencer for chromatic drums - add S+H* to one VCO to create (t1)+(t1-1) harmonies - use inverted** clock to clock one quantizer, for double time pitch changes - pitch sequence output to VCO 1, velocity sequence output to VCO 2 with qu...

Common usage of "Controls to Oscillator" CP3 panel
The CP3 has a controller function channeling four inputs to the CV frequency input of oscillators - and filters. I haven't see many examples of this in use. I would imagine you might select between ribbon, keyboard and joystick as the main controller. It appears to be a simple controller selector to...

Re: Is there an easy way to power two Moog Eurorack cases with one Eurorack power module?
Someone told me that messing with Eurorack power supplies can be somewhat dangerous, so I don't want any Heath Robinson style solutions. That's very interesting, in the US we call it a Rube Goldberg device. Every country has it's own creation myths. Even stuff like this. Very enlightening! Heath's ...

Re: Mother-32 with Bhringer RD-8
1. I get it now. The only 'path' for pitch info is from the sequencer - which, alone sound fine - and the RD-8. I don't have an RD-8, but perhaps it's modulating the note information somehow - a modulation CC perhaps? 2. So, at least something works. Thanks for your advice. I solved it by changing ...

Re: Mother-32 with Bhringer RD-8
1. Isn't the sequencer driving the pitch? How is this relevant to RD-8? More detail please. 2. The RD-8 "sync/clock in" is a TRS cable with clock and run/stop. If the edge and level spec's are right it should work. Perhaps there's a bug in the interface? As always, work from the most recen...

Did you try to use MIDI velocity assigned to the ASSIGN output with the VCA-CV input?

Re: Subharmonicon and DFAM out of sync
Here is a video where I think it's clear you can see what I describe in the way the sequencers move together, the DFAM is clearly lagging behind the second sequencer of the Subharmonicon. https://youtu.be/ehelH2pkxZk Note that although the midi cable is plugged in I tried it without as well and it ...
