Re: Filter overdrive question

As mentioned before, the LP overdrive really is an overdrive. It makes for some really awesome sounds (and the overdrive can actually be saved). It also really depends on the sounds how it reacts, some sounds will only become louder for the most part, but on the other hand it's an extra sound design...

And.. RTFM.. ;)

I guess ableton gave one with your copy? Otherwise you should ask it on their forum, some special editions of Live don't come a manual.

This isn't a LP question though..

Re: spacefunk, all synths all LP

I'm currently busy arranging the track but I assure you I did arrange a female singer for this ;)

To be clear, she's the one from my band.

Re: HELP ME PLEASE

exactly the feeling I still have with my LP. Even thought Moog licensed Arturia to use their name, virtual still isn't even close. When I got my first moog (LP), I was amazed at the quality of the sound. I thought VA would be closer by now, but the sound of digital is still not even close to the rea...

Re: CV in to generate MIDI out data?

well, if you'd read the manual literally, I'd say no.. But, as I don't have any clue.. dunno ;) On the other hand, it seems highly unlikely. The CV inputs are analog and are going directly to the AMP/Filter/OSC without any conversion to digital data. The filter input is also just an Audio input, and...

Just a quick search, but there are lots of sites about the basics of MIDI. The basics of MIDI are simple but really handy to know :)

Re: UPDATES FOR PHATTY OS

the current updates are offline due to technical problems with the updates. The new update should be online soon! At least that's the latest news from moog, the old update could let the LP 'die' .. only to be fixed with an apparatus which you'd need to buy..

Re: New moog owner !!!

And I also made an honest mistake, for some odd reason I thought you meant the Virsyn Tera. Which obviously is a VA. My mistake, although I also think the moog sounds better then the tetra, but by a lesser margin, I used to own a P08, but when I got the moog I didn't use it anymore, so I ditched it....

Re: LFO sync in slim Phatty is really late / sluggish

only the tempo is synched, not the start point of the lfo. This might explain it. The LFO runs continuously, no retrigger option in the LP.
