Re: Post your latest purchase!!
As I`m a convinced ecologist for a longer time now I´m thinking about for replacing all the knobs of all my instruments with green chickenhead ones................

Re: RUMORS - not of the Fleetwood Mac nature
It would probably be easier to make a gem-encrusted Rubik's cube than it would to make a true analog polyphonic synth. Nope, it IS possible, and can be verified for a reasonable price, "fully" analog, but the modulations LFOs, ENVs, etc., must be done by software. If also (complete...

Re: Tell us about your rig

If I`do sessions over there my neighbours would kill me.......I´m always wondering how they resist my loud guitar playing. Luckily we have a law that permits habita...

Re: RUMORS - not of the Fleetwood Mac nature
Just because someone lists a Model D for $8K doesn't mean that people have to buy them at that price. There are reasonable deals that come up all the time. Patience is key. I got mine for 3850, some would still consider that a little high. Yes, your absolutely right. I got mine in `82 for for 3600,...

BULL`S EYE ! This seems really to be a major (and mabe only) reason for Moog to have a pretty good benefit from.Kenneth wrote:I missed the part where there is an abundance of Model Ds available at prices that are NOT prohibitive.

Re: RUMORS - not of the Fleetwood Mac nature
Over 12 000 Minimoog D were produced between 1971 and 1981. More than enough remain on the used market in good condition to satisfy everyone. No need for a modern re-issue which, by the way, the Voyager is...... Just to "quote" you directly..........more than "enough" Polymoogs ...

Re: RUMORS - not of the Fleetwood Mac nature
It is rather not a rumor that the Moog guys will be taken by the hand of their parents on one of the next sunday mornings to make a visit in a museum for polyphonic instruments to get to know for the first time. And I`ll be sure when they`ll be there and catch sight of the barrel organ they`ll run l...

Re: Memorymoog Power Supply woes
Chuck, I cannot see clear what you mean with "Take Care" ??? I just simply wanted to know about your blocking, nothing more. I didn`t want to provoke you. But thank you for claryfing. I feel relieved. Also thank you about your details about Heinz`modifications, but there are A LOT more he ...

Re: Minimoog Model D, I need some help!
Secondly, I’m french, so excuse me for my english ;) The main problem my minimoog has, is that there is one single note on the whole keyboard. First I`d be happy to be able to talk French like you English can do, although French was one of my favourite subjects . :D Secondly, if you`d like to play ...

Re: What would you ask the Moog folks at NAMM
Can we make one single thread for people complaining about the lack of polyphony? I'm getting rather tired of opening threads titled one thing, expecting to read about that one thing, only to find out it's a bunch of people complaining that they don't have a polyphonic voyager. Look. There are LOTS...
