Re: Hey, can anyone test this new MP201 firmware?
Any news on Moog 'officially' putting out the firmware update? Amos - have you tweaked anything since the one posted above, or shall I just download that one?

Re: MP-201 Buyer's Remorse...?
Love my MP-201, it's the heart of my setup. I wouldn't be without it!

Re: EP-2 replacement string?
Tighten the nut slightly. Mine started to loosen over time and the mechanism would make it 'spring' back slightly from the extremes. Amos suggested just tightening the bolt slightly (use a proper sprocket set). Only a tiny tiny turn and hey presto, good as new again.

Dude!
I'm sure any will do, but if you can get hold of any Kevlar based thread then its resistance to wear and tear will be hugely improved!

Re: MP-201 Foot pedal calibration
My calibration issues were sorted when I did the last firmware update. Had no problems since. Looking forward to the next update!

Re: MP-201 midi clock sync issues
Still go problems with this, beat 1 does not reset when you turn odd and back on the channel. It seems to set from turning the dial to the correct bank! Seems crazy

Re: Let me hear your MF-103´s!
Yo Pantherairsoft. I listened to those songs on your link. I really like what your doing. Keep up the good work. I'm curious how you got your bass tone on Neon Tangerine. You said the MF-103 is throughout the whole song but how do you get that distortion and "womp, womp" sound? What other...

I use mine on bass ALOT.
Barcode babble has it running all the way through, you hear it really sound huge when the distortion kicks in.
Neon Tangerine has it running all the way through.

Re: C'mon MF-108
Still waiting on mine over here in the UK - But very excited for it's arrival! For those of you that have it... What is the low end retention like? For most Non-Bass specific chorus and flanger-based pedals, a distinctive loss of low end is present. As a bass player, this is obviously quite importan...

Re: MP201 V3
I have a thought for future software... The ability to set a midway reversal within the 0-4095 range. Basically an on/off option that will change your pedal swell to reach the set toe value at half way through the swell, then go back to the heel position. EG. Setting the expression to be heel 0 and ...

EP-2 springing back
Anyone else experienced this?
One of my EP-2's has started springing forward slightly. When it's pulled back to heel and I remove my foot the heel jumps about 1cm, meaning I can only use heel position if my foot is on it! Pants.
The pedal doesn't feel any looser than it used to be though.

Re: Hey, can anyone test this new MP201 firmware?
Should I be treating my MP-201 as a paperweight meanwhile? Or can I count on being able to use the restored 2.00 version? So far, no problems restoring to v2.00. So, it shouldn't be a paperweight :) My problem here is in trying to restore my test unit to "exactly the state of a non-updated v2....

Think I'll wait on the final version!
This - LFO Off Mode "Initial" now always returns to correct initial value when turning off the LFO. - Makes me a happy man!!

LPF issue!!!
My LPF developed an odd issue tonight - never had it before. The LPF is connected to my MP-201, controlling the mix, res and cutoff. All working great, however, when you disengage the effect, it is still audible, for example you can still hear an LFO going quietly, or if you rock the gas pedal on th...
