Expression Pedal Splitting

Just an idea to solve something I've been trying to achieve. Do you think a simple ABY box, like this - http://www.brightonion.co.uk/categories/AB%7B47%7DABC%7B47%7DABY/ABY-Pedals/ Would act as an expression pedal splitter. So expression pedal into the input, each of the 2 outputs go to exp. inputs ...

Re: MP201: Each button only outputs one midi channel/cc, rig

You could send a midi clock to the MP-201 and set it's Midi out to merge/thru so the midi clock passes onto your other units. You can then use the channels to send your messages without using one for the midi clock.

Re: Foogers live

Verry cool, gonne check them out. Thanx for the info! No problem! The GigRig stuff is amazing and Dan @ The GigRig offers top notch after service. He pretty much tailors the system to your set up. He'll mod adapter and power supplies as needs be for strange pedals that don't play ball with others. ...

Re: MP 201 Calibration problems

Thats fine - You calibrate top to bottom - the calibration process doe not cover the 0-4095 spectrum. When you store the calibration at the max and min points, it is then transposed into the 0-4095 scale. Hope that makes sense!

Re: Cluster Flux Sync with MP201

Not sure I can help 100% but the following may help... Make sure you power up the Cluster Flux BEFORE connecting midi - other wise you get sync issues. Ensure the MP-201 is sending midi only on the channel your using (if it sends CV as well you will hear the MP-201 being sent as well as the CF's LFO...

Re: mf108 doesnt sync to midiclock

I sent my post to the guys at Moog Tech support earlier and just received this reply... Hi- Sorry for the trouble that you are having with your MF-108M Cluster Flux. There is a bug in the current firmware for the 108 that causes the LFO MIDI sync to not work if you are sending any MIDI to it whatsoe...

Re: mf108 doesnt sync to midiclock

I'm not too sure. I don't use midi, other than a clock to sync me to my drummers metronome. The world of midi messages is a taboo to me! I did try to make my MP-201 resend the enable midi clock sync message (although the manual says it defaults to this when it's powered up), but I coul only get it t...

Re: mf108 doesnt sync to midiclock

I had no issues with mine until today. I powered up and the LED didn't go yellow. I tried everything and I could not get it to listen to the midi clock. I had to power it down, disconnect the midi and all cv leads, power off the drum machine sending midi. Power up the drum machine, reconnect leads t...

Re: Foogers live

The MP-201 runs off its own power supply (as it's AC not DC - Thanks Moog!! :)) and everything else runs off a GigRig Generator/Modular Power Supply (special little adapters for each of the reverse polarity/high voltage/high draw/pedals that require isolation). Entire board runs noise free off 2 mai...

Re: MF 108M? flux

Finally got mine here in the UK! It's been quite a wait! I'm absolutely blown away. I'm a bassist who plays live Drum & Bass, Dubstep and Electronica and this is amazing. I'm pretty certain this has just replaced 4 other units on my board. As a classic Chorus or Flanger its thick and lush - but ...

Re: Hey, can anyone test this new MP201 firmware?

Done the update, Worked fine.

It wouldn't reload my old presets though - just kept acting as though it was an empty file. Thankfully I know them all pretty well and it only took about 40 minutes to set everything up again!

All good.
