MP-201 firmware v2.0 missing a "8 triple"

Hello everyone I already posted this question in the main thread about the new MP-201 firmware. Since I didn't get any clues there, I thought I might as well just open a new topic. In one song of our forthcoming EP I was using a Triangle-LFO from the MP-201 (synced to my HR-16) to control the RingMo...

The upgrade has worked fine here.

Though I realized that the LFO Rate "8 Triple" is gone. Is that correct and why is that?

Re: MP201 v2.0 firmware is here

Let me know what you think... -Amos I think that you and this wonderful company you work for deserve a great amount of praise! The sort of prosumer-mentality that you have implied in your thinking is simply overwhelming! The CV-Lag option is going to make a lot of things possible I would have neede...

Very kind! Thank you. I have an afternoon off to play with it tomorrow and am excited enough to go to bed now longing for that moment to come when I will play that patch ;-)

Hi HB3; nice solo! "Caspian" is one of my favorite patches I've written; just so soulful. I thought it sounded like something Prince might have used back in the day, so I named it Caspian, after Prince Caspian from the C.S. Lewis novels. Now you know. :) Cheers, Amos Dear Amos, could you ...

Hi latigid on Thanks for the information provided! I'm selling my to old phasers (Boss/Digitech) and a Doepfer MIDI/CV interface (made obsolete by the MP-201) via e-bay, which should hopefully raise enough funds for a stage phaser;-) Not yet having read enough about phasers, what exactly are those s...

MF-103 sweep-in vs. MF-102 carrier-in

Hello altogether Recently SteveD helped me set up a patch to sync the MF-102 to a Murf using a CP-251. The controlling of the rate of the tremolosound was done using the carrier-in. In the meantime my MP-201 has arrived and I'm wondering whether I could use the same trick (cancelling the pedals own ...

Can you, in any way, use your drum machine as the temp control unit? There is usually a work around. Yes!;-) We are doing so at rehearsals now and will do so at concerts. The only thing bothering me with the HR-16 is that the internal tempo does not correspond with (for example) digital performer e...

Is the MP 201 getting a "start" message from the keyboard. I am almost certain that it is getting a "start" message from the HR 16. The LFOs do not start when you are using the HR 16 until you press play...correct? You are certainly right! Only after the push on the play button ...

I sync my CP-201 to my Machine Drum's MIDI Clock. The LFOs do not start oscillating until I press play. I wish I could change this so that they oscillate when ever they receive MIDI clock. Even when I play the LFOs do not start... Wouldn't your problem be solved by using "continous" as LF...

MP-201 MIDI-Clock Sync

I've received my MP-201 today. It is absolutely mindblowing!!! I used the CV1 for the MURF rate and combined CV2&CV3 via the 4waymixer on the CP-251 to send it to the carrier in of the MF-102. Using preset 08 that resultet in a wonderful doublesawwavetremolomurfed sound. My problem so far though...

... but i feel the explanations may be useful for someone else here... Yes! Especially I would like to know whether I will be able to send the sequence to my (hopefully arriving on saturday) MP-201 via USB and then from there via MIDI or CV to the LPTE? I'm not an expert on the MP-201, but it shoul...
