What was the power problem you were having?
If the unit was on at all, then maybe it was not a power problem.
Skip the Furman's, only the regulators are worth purchasing.

Minifooger Delay uses a modern BBD still being manufactured, not the same as the MF-104m.

I realy dont have any luck this is my second sub 37 that has a scratch on it , i contact the store i will change it this week i hope there is a sticker on the new one otherwise i contact moog its there mistake that the sticker isnt there.
