Re: Should I keep only the Sub37?
...keeping only the Octatrack and the Analog Rytm... But yeah, the bouncy sequences are all Tempest, sampled and mangled in the Octatrack and then played and processed in the Rytm. Can you eloborate on this? I love the Rytms filters and fx much more than the OTs but what way do you manage samples o...

Re: Should I keep only the Sub37?
The list you described is exactly my setup, S37, Rytm, OT. The only other thing I have kept around (apart from pedals/fx is the Microbrute, I do contemplate selling it though as I don't use it much and in a way it has a similar character to the Sub37. It does have a uniqueness though and it's the on...

Fair point, I had a feeling it was a novice question, just not a bridge I've had to cross before. I'll check that out, cheers.

104m lfo Sync?
Just took the plunge and got me a 104m, gotta say it sounds great. I'm not really understanding how to sync the lfo to midi. The delay time is no issue but I want the lfo to follow midi clock too, I don't feel the manual is very clear on how to do this. I want it to follow the Sub 37's clock which i...

Re: Sub37 use the step sequencer as mod
Not if you're using the step seq mod, you need the step sequencer on afaik. Why not just put the latch on the sequencer, same thing no?

Re: Best reverb unit for my Sub 37?
About spring reverbs, beware: they are not always intended to work with synths. I ended selling a Carl Martin Headroom because the unit was hit to hard by the synth output. Demeter makes the only one that has an input gain setting. I still use my EHX Cathedral. Sounds quite guitarish but I like tha...

Re: Best reverb unit for my Sub 37?
I recently got the 'Knas Ekdahl Moisturizer', exposed spring reverb where you can play the spring and a real interesting filter with lfos and cv options. It's a bit pricey but not that much more than the Strymons and around the same price as the Retroverb and sounds great with the Sub 37. http://www...

Re: How useful is "audio in" on your synth?
This is an audio clip of some drums I recorded coming from the Analog Rytm into the Sub 37. I recorded this before I knew how to use the Sub 37 so it only since occurred to me that I could have the Sub 37 sync to the Rytm with midi and have the lfo's to filter, and envelope looping etc sync to the r...

Re: 1.1.0 is now here!
Thanks for the hard work guys. Been a better tester for the past couple weeks and got to say it's amazing. A few glitches were stopping me in my tracks from time to time as to be expected from a beta, so I'm very glad to be able to just get stuck in now. The sequencing and modulation possibilities o...

Re: change the battery in minifooger delay
Maybe I'm being stupid here but where exactly does the battery go in??
Edit: I got it, was expecting that a battery needed to be grounded on both ends.
