Calibrating (correctly) analog oscillators is not for the faint of heart without correct tools and service manuals. BBD analog delays have to kill highs or the noise becomes objectionable. Nature of the beast and why people so embraced digital delays in the 80's.
you can always run the original dry signal in parallel with it high pass filtered to recover just high end frequencies.

What he said! I pulled the wood sides off, reseated the daughter board and put a piece of fish paper and some foam spacer to keep it seated and it has been fine now for years.

Glue the connector on. I've had mine come loose twice before I secured it with a dab of hot glue.

Are you talking tuning or scaling? If it is in tune at one note but they go out of tune with each other a few octaves apart, that is scaling. That will need calibration.

I'd buy a Hello Kitty or Ghost in the Shell Voyager faceplate!

Those mods look like the filter glide mod. Shouldn't cause your symptoms.
