Re: What to buy: Voyager RME or Old School? Help me decide.

Ultimately, I want MP201, CV expander, Analog Echo, Freq, etc. But... one thing at a time. Personally, I think you'd be better off getting into the Moogerfoogers first. I'd go for a few Foogers; certainly a more economical path and lots to do/learn/experiment with along the way but Old School's are...

White Voyager (or Old School) feedback please?

Interested in picking up an Old School (I think!) and wanted some feedback on the Whitewash finish. Looks ok'ish / interesting in the pics and wondered if anybody ran into them in stores, or owns one and could tell me a few things. Trendy? Matte or Gloss finish? Hold up well? That Nova something int...

Looks great! So I'm assuming you use the original side panel and make the cutout or do you have replacement panels that are already cut out? When I visited they showed me a 'prototype' wood panel. Essentially, there were just the 5 holes drilled into it, after which, they attach the custom printed ...

I've got a good idea for an enhancement (easy to dream this up, more difficult to program it!) How about if there were category of saved patches such as "Leads", "Bass", etc., then under each folder or category would be all of the saved patches... along with a sample of the patch...

What to buy: Voyager RME or Old School? Help me decide...

Getting ready to take my setup to next level. Have a LP Tribute right now (CV outs being added as I type) and wanted to add a big boy to my lonely Hammond setup. Am primarily a Bass player and someday hope to get a bunch of Foggers. The Old School appeals to me, something about the nostalgia, etc bu...

Afraid that I don't have much in the way of technical details (diff between the two) but I bought a Tribute from eBay for $1000 earlier this year. It was near shrink wrapped meaning that they guy that owned it opened it merely to see that it worked before the warranty expired. He bought two when the...

If your a guitar player, by all means do it !!! I had the pleasure of experiencing one first hand at Moog last week (ummm, watching Jason playing it) and all I can say is WOW! My first comment was "this thing makes me wish I played Guitar". Technical design, fine.. it's a scientific master...

Soon to be the proud recipient of the CV out upgrade. If any of you followed my 'LP on an airplane' plea, you'll know that I took a trip to the promised land (Asheville) and personally dropped off my Tribute for the 2.1t upgrade and what will be the CV output mods. Having not seen an official postin...

Well I made it. Not sure if I mentioned this on the last post but I called every single Moog dealer within a 2 hr. radius from my house in New Jersey and not a single one of them had the ATA case or a Gig bag. So I ended up buying a generic 61 key keyboard bag labeled "deep" from Guitar Ce...

Thanks for that feedback. Trick for me (after calling all music stores and NOT being able to find an ATA case [this included NY City]) to find the gig bag for the trip down, and to find a way to box it up for the way home. Moog may be able to help me with the return shipping, will have to call. I ha...

LP on an airplane; need advice on packing

Am heading down to Asheville next week to bring my LP to the factory for the 2.x upgrade. (I say 2.x because I have a secret hope that they'll make the CV outs available and I can be the first to get it !!). Anyway, as my moniker suggests, I live in NJ and am flying into Charlotte then driving to As...

Me three. Same boat with my Tribute. The bad news is that I need to go to Raleigh the week of the 24th for work and, while a hike-and-a-half, planned on driving over to Asheville to drop off my LP in person. If I could have the CV Outs done at the same time, I'd be solving a few problems/risks with ...

What about Express? Any clue if they are going to release a rev of the watered down version? I ask because I still have 8 in shrink wrap and was thinking of listing it on eBay before it's worthless!

Call Tech Support @ (800)948-1990.

Not sure if you bought your Stage II new from an authorized dealer or on eBay (!) but Moog support can help you in either case.
