Re: Synth Comparison Methods
Dan you should do a Youtube channel like Marc Doty or Nick Batt. You understand synthesizers like the back of your hand and you are able to explain it so damn well! You can get sponsors and make some money.

Re: MP201 V3
Amos told me the V3 update will be out this year [2015]... but damn it's so long... Just received one from Ebay yesterday. I would love to see some more features from an update, but it sure seems highly unlikely. Have they ever done updates before for things they discontinue? And 4 years since the ...

Re: 2.0 firmware details
If you are referring to the SUB 37 it's going to be 1.1 (latest is 1.0.7) and it should be before the end of the month. If you registered they will send you an e-mail when you can download.

Re: Sub 37 feature suggestions - firmware updates
Amos, would it be possible by firmware change to map the CV's as outputs or is that a strict hardware constraint? Hi MacAquinas, The Sub 37's design is such that it can not have CV Outs either via software or hardware updates. http://forum.moogmusic.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=21376 Tell them to go...

Re: Animoog and iOS 8
Crashing like crazy, even a re-install does nothing. This sure has been frustrating lately, they have done a few broken updates in a row for the last several months. But now its worse than ever.

Re: Sub 37 editor/librarian and VST plugin
I would love to have an iPad app for the Sub 37 editor. The Theremini app is absolutely fantastic so I know it would as great at least. I often use the Animoog app for the X/Y Pad as a controller so having the editor for the 37 in the iPad would be perfect. PS: Amos I have Windows, Mac OSX and iOS P...

Re: Moog to release modules this year
Broadly unobtainable boutique sythesizers made to order for the mansions of the elites. This is a distraction and diversion for the nostalgic and the wealthy but a poor business decision and a slap in the face to all of the regular Joe's that keep Moog in business. Just drop the Moog name and become...

Sure sounds like a new Minimoog, paraphonic at least, polyphonic perhaps. After the Sub 37 they really have to do a new Minimoog.

Re: Phatty VST/AU "get patch" hangs the Phatty?!
[quote="esmeets"]Just received this message from Rekon: This sounds like you are using the built in USB for MIDI. If so, please remove that connection and use standard MIDI cables instead. The editor does not work with the built-in USB MIDI port. That is pathetic and inexcusable, I hope th...

Re: Amos: LP/Slim Firmware Suggestions
For the Slim...if you just finally fixed the stuck notes that happens every single time I use it, and added no more features at all, I would be very happy. Sure you've checked Local OFF when using with your DAW, right? I dont use it with a DAW ,this happens with a Roland MIDI Keyboard , or Roland F...

Re: Adding Reverb/Delay/.. to Sub 37?
I have MF-104M Superdelay which is incredibly expensive but absolutely amazing. But I have a Vox Tonelab ST(Tube) which has delay 40-1480 ms with adjustable feedback and 3 reverb types, and although the effects are digital the tube amp warms all the tones and I bet most would not be able to tell the ...

Re: VST-AU Little Phatty Editor
They should really just make it free now that they have discontinued the hardware and since it will be free and included with the Sub 37 when they finish it. Does anyone disagree ?
