Re: Arp/seq, Round robin
The patch sheet is wrong. If you want to cycle through oscillators with an arp, that’s what round robin (no reset) is for.

Re: Matriarch Midi Clock Sync problems
I’ve read that people can get aftertouch out. I would set that to filter cutoff and modulate it via midi that way.

Re: Matriarch - CV Out from the incoming Midi signal?
I think he means note CV - it is possible to get that out (try the seq out patch point and the keyboard out patch point) if those don’t work then you may need to revert to a previous matriarch firmware (I think 1.1.0) - then one of those two patch points should work. Also velocity out won’t work but...

Re: Controlling a Moog MG-1 with a Qunexus Controller
You are correct, the MG-1 takes S-Trig. I have personally verified that the QuNexus S-Trig works on the Korg MS-20 mini but make sure you have the correct scaling pitch scaling mode in your QuNexus settings. Aside from that, make sure to try both with 'auto contour' on and off on your synth. Make su...

Re: QuNexus CV bridge?
The QuNexus can work in three different CV scaling modes but can be in only one mode at a time. It's not designed to be in a chain between two synths - instead it is a bridge between a synth and a computer. The only way to do it would be to have two QuNexii and have a computer receive the data from ...

That's not a joke, it's real! It's called the Nano Brute.

How does Phatty Line Compare to Voyager?
I know the Phatty Line and Voyager are different and have different sound, etc. I'm not asking for which is better, just what are the differences. The Voyager seems most expensive, does it have the most flexibility compared to a SubPhatty for instance?

Re: Creating Chords with a Voyager
Or if you have ableton Live 8 or 9 and more than one synth you can use this maxforlive patch I built for this very purpose. It's a poly midi router. http://www.maxforlive.com/library/device/2192/polymind

My crystral ball is showing me 16 Moogs in your future. Until then, as little as two synths of any make will do just fine.

Play up to 16 Moogs As A PolySynth
Free download - I have just uploaded version 2 of my MaxForLive patch PolyMind that now lets you play up to 16 mono synths as single 16-voice poly synth. Your computer is the round robin voice allocator with voice stealing via MIDI. Now you can play chords! (works on any MIDI hardware mono synths + ...

Re: Play Moog As A PolySynth
I'm glad to hear you got it working! Unfortunately I foresaw the technical issues which is why I included the detailed txt file. I used the udpsend/udpreceive objects because in ableton there is no other way to send midi data from one track to multiple tracks. It's really annoying to use this work a...

Re: Play Moog As A PolySynth
All you need is MaxForLive. It comes free in Ableton Live 9. Of course you need to then get MIDI data out of your computer.
