TLDR edit: use a TS cable... I just bought three mother 32's and have one of them out of the box and running. The max volume output is very low compared to my sub 37. I am thinking its normal but it is to quiet to play in a live setting which is very disappointing. Does that sound right to you? For ...

what keyboard are you using?

see manual page 52 - the mother32 needs a 10 pin eurorack power cable if you want to mount it in another enclosure the one you linked to has 16 pins, i would not order it the mother32 does not ship with the the ribbon needed for another enclosure, only the cables needed for it to work with its own c...
