I have the same issue as well. And it isn't a loose connection. I made sure of that.

When it does occur, it sounds like something is dying out. Looking forward to hearing what might be causing this.

The new one I replaced works but it's flimsy and everytime I use it I feel like I need to be careful or it could fail like the original one did. Maybe I'm being too cautious but compared to all other synths I've played, this is the weirdest feeling pot I've ever seen. It's like buying a new bike and...

I wonder if one could drill the current board and not hit any of the circuitry near the filter pot.

Anyone know?

I'm willing to pay a fair price for the board if that's what it takes to resolve this problem. I just want a solid unit worth the money I invested in it. Is it coming out though? I really hope so but some reason I have some doubts.

Can I polychain 3 Sub 37s to create a 3 voice polyphonic synth? If so, I will click the 'check out' button now and sell my Prophet 5.

You guys think Moog would develop a rack version of the Sub 37. If so, I should wait for that?

I have the same issue as well. I asked about it. Andy said it might a loose connection for the headphone jack. But when I inspected the inside of the synth, the connection was fine. It comes back from time to time when I use my headphones.

Still no idea what could be causing it for sure.

I've noticed something off about Mod 2 today. The LED for the LFO 2 rate doesn't completely dim like the LFO 1 LED. So for example, if I select sawtooth mod, it doesn't dim all the way to black while LFO 1 does with the same settings. Could this be just a firmware bug or something hardware related? ...

I think a slight wobble is normal, I had a scratchy/dirty pot. Replaced and all good to go!

If you purchased the Moog outside of your country of residence, warranty isn't covered. I found out the hard way, I would have had to ship to US to have it fixed under warranty (I'm in Canada). Anyways, ended up fixing it myself. I just hope I don't have to fix it every couple months, haha!

Same issue here! Due to so many costly reasons, I couldn't ship it to get it fixed so I fixed it myself with a pot Andy sent me. Works great now!
