i think moog would be wasting their time building taurus pedals again. its such a small market.im sure theres only a handful of guitarists out their that want/are able to play bass pedals whilst playing guitar anyway. but hey, moog is a builder of boutique/niche products so maybe a new taurus is on ...

minimoog [email protected] this a joke?!!

I was browsing harmony central and came across this review. i cant believe what this guy is saying and am inclined to think it a wind up but if not this guys got serious issues! -Price Paid: US $0. I found it in the garbage (now I know why!) used -Ease of Use: 1 I can't understand this machine becau...

yeah that would be war. i wonder if those backlit wheels are a deliberate ploy to anger moog or if it is just flattery! anyway, the fact mr smith has shown his hand first will surely give moog the opportunity to make sure that any potential polysynth in development can tackle the evolver head on.moo...

Interesting Polysynth

Looks like dave smith has beat moog to a new polysynth keyboard, its gonna be launced at namm and has 4 voices. Smith has even nicked the blue backlit wheels from the voyager! its war!!!!

i reckon we'll see a voyager rack for def.i reckon it'll just be the voyager's control panel minus the keyboard and a rackmount kit.that would be most cost effective and should enable a list price of around 2000 dollars me thinks! this is what id also like to see at namm. a piano bar for rhodes pian...

Selling a voyager to get more money is silly. sure, you save a little cash but you lose a lot of features. the mini is a great synth but its sound has been used so often. i think u should stick with the voyager and really get to know it instead of being lazy. the simplicity of the mini is obvious but...

i dont think u should sell your voyager. the voyager is sonically so much more versatile, but can sound like the original mini with a little bit of effort. there are too many reasons to keep it. i cant see a single reason to sell the voyager. id hardly call it a complicated instrument to use. keep y...

source sounds much brighter in the top end than the voyager, so i presume they arent using the same waves.also can drive the mixer more on the source. the voyager is very well behaved in that department

i love my ae as well, but as a live performance instrument it is really let down by its arcane parameter access. ok heres an example. i have a tune and want to go to patch 15 but im on patch no1. what do i do? wait 4-5 seconds to scroll thru 14 patches? by the time those seconds have passed, the cho...

hardware issues time for new voyager?

i would like moog to bring out a new updated voyager that addresses the hardware limitations in the current version. other manafacturers do this all the time so why not moog, i know they are a smaller company but bringing out a software editor is a not so good solution to some more fundamental hardw...
