Re: "Huge" New Project?

I think it looks great, and I'm enjoying the new content :D I have to admit that I had hopes that the Huge New Project was the 'PolyVoyager Rack', but the redesigned site will be a nice place to show the product off, once they've finished making it

Re: Analog Polysynth?

Every time this comes up, I make the same suggestion (already raised in this thread): I'd love to see Moog make the Voyager equivalent of DSI's PolyEvolver Rack: four voices, minimal front panel, addressable by the Voyager's panel and/or a computer editor/librarian - period. Based on the actual size...

Re: NAMM 2011 Speculation

For all the emphasis that Bob always placed on control, it honestly surprises me that Moog hasn't done anything in the way of a dedicated controller. Can we get a 5-octave keyboard w/AT (not even gonna hope for polyAT), patch change, wheels/ribbon, MIDI/USB/cv_gate for starters, made of the wood of ...

Re: doesn`t anybody want t-3`s

I don't think that theres too many people in Arkansas that really own a lot of Moog stuff, at least noone with any kind of internet presence. I think the LR guitar center is lucky to get a Phatty on the showroom floor, so I doubt I'll be running into anyone with a set of T1's anytime soon. As far a...

Re: A middle of the road case for the Taurus 3 coming out so

I'd like to cast another vote for a Taurus 3 gig/padded bag; just received mine 3 days ago, hanging with it right now, sheer delight :D But there's no way I can really utilize the ATA/flight case, practically for local gigs or recording nearby. A cheaper ATA case from a vendor like Island Cases, doe...

Before the OB-8 take too harsh a drubbing here, opinions do vary :) I had my first OB-8 twenty years ago, sold it and regretted it. Nothing ever took its place for 'that' sound, and I tried a LOT of instruments, including a very nicely functioning 6-voice OBMx, one of the first. Bought an OB-Xa on t...

Have completed the update successfully, and am enjoying the new features. Voyager Select, Maple Jade. Wanted to express my thanks to Moog's Steve Dunnington, for a particular patch in the new preset bank - #18, "Smooth Slow Attack Lead." For Voyager keyboard owners who haven't fully explor...

Just wanted to post an update to this story…the Memorymoog arrived in its new home in Albuquerque, NM this week, underwent a cleaning and restoral of patches (Factory Bank 2, plus my own tweaks) and is now installed nicely on a stand under its new neighbor, a Voyager Select Maple Jade, for seven voi...

If they're going to do a polysynth affordably and still retain the character and quality of the sound, I think doing some kind of PolyVoyager Rack, a la the (now-discontinued) DSI piece with a simple interface, would be a smart idea. Allow editing to be done via software, or from the front panel of ...

Hey Doug! WHAT A BEAUTIFUL SYNTH!! Hey Chris! I certainly remember some fog on that Relayer stage :) But about controller keyboards, especially the kind that Doug could do some serious decoration to...here's the dotcom: http://synthesizers.com/qkb15s.html and a part # at Modusonics, for $1200., says...

1) Moog Voyager 2) DSI PolyEvolver Rack So much power, such a small footprint :) Have been very productive with these two, lately - run the PER as 4 mono synths, for a total of 5 voices. Silly fun...crazy amounts of real-time control in the PER engine & patches, if not the panel...Voyager is a d...

Need original patch data for MM+

Greetings all...title says it all, I'm looking for a .wav file of the factory patches from the Memorymoog Plus. Have done the usual googling and searched the AH archives to no avail. If anybody can point me to a link that might host such a file, or help in any way, I'd be most grateful...thanks! :wi...
