Re: Stomp Box Pedals that Work With Synths (Digital, Analog)
BTW, JohnLRice, could you expound a little bit on your experiences with these pedals? The Mobius description is good enough, but do you have maybe a sentence or two to add about the others? cheers  I think the BigSky is one of the best bang-for-the-buck reverb pedals around and particularl...

Re: Stomp Box Pedals that Work With Synths (Digital, Analog)
Strymon BigSky, DIG and Mobius although my Mobius seems pretty sensitive to input level and most of the time doesn't work well unless I attenuate heavily before the input.
Also TC Electronic Flashback and Electro Harmonix Ravish Sitar.

Re: New Sub Phatty video
Here's some semi-mindless waning fever noodling with a Sub Phatty through a Strymon DIG delay pedal. I was getting over a cold and my ability to focus on what I was doing was pretty horrible. https://youtu.be/qQjxCJw9dA8

Re: Playing the Moog: Best Way to Learn?
One question about learning piano skills: I have taken some basic piano lessons before, which consisted of learninv the c, d, a and g chords. Only thing is, I cant play these on the Moog, since the Moog cant play multiple keys at once. Congrats on the Moog! 8) You can still play the chords you lear...

Re: Moog Custom Delay Mixer...
There are some good pictures and info on MatrixSynth: http://www.matrixsynth.com/2012/08/ra-moog-modular-delays-mixers-262-auto.html and the info there led me to here: http://spheremusic.com/Bargaindtl.asp?Item=12136 which led me to a thread on Muff's I had actually commented on almost 3 years ago a...

Re: New Sub Phatty video
Did you get to keep it? It's a hellava compliment to a modular... Well, no one has said I can keep it, but I would be thrilled if I could! And . . . they haven't asked for it back yet so . . . :D . . . . . . . sssshhhhhh . . . please don't remind them . . . no one from Moog hangs out here d...

Re: storing moog synth on a PA speaker
"Probably" not but . . you mean on a PA cabinet, right? (not sitting right on top of an exposed large speaker magnet? ) I doubt weak magnetic fields would affect anything in a Moog, as far as I know. I'd be more concerned about constant vibration if the PA is run loud and the cabinet...

Re: Grove Audio GMS-294a VCF (a 904A clone)
John, Is Grove in regular contact with people and still up and running? I had heard he wasn't in good health. I have been thinking about his Polymoog resonator module. Eric I really like the Grove Audio Polymoog resonator I have! Yeah, John Burdij and Grove Audio are still going. 8) As with a lot o...

Grove Audio GMS-294a VCF (a 904A clone)
Obviously not an exact clone, at least not physically since it is a single width module and has extra attenuators for CV and signal input. Available both assembled and as a kit. I built this from an early beta version of the kit to test and report on (and hopefully improve) the assembly instructions...
