I would run the MIDI stream through a monitor and cross-reference any stray notes/CC being sent out with functions on the MF. You could also try setting different channels on the MFs.

The "death mode" you describe could also be heavy MIDI traffic overloading the input of the 'fooger.

The turns ratio in the transformer means the secondary output would be about double the rated voltage when plugged into aussie mains. And that's enough to fry some of the bits inside.

Incorrect polarity should be okay (power diodes on every MF).
Up to 15V should be okay, but depends if AC was used.

If it was AC, you can get some rectification, meaning the DC voltage might be up to double the stated value.

Hey, take a look at the owner's manual, there you'll find the power requirements. Normally Moogs have a multi-voltage PSU with an IEC inlet.

Can you explain (/audio/video) further? What's drifting? Relative to what? What's your clock source? Is it stable? Are you sending MIDI too?

I think the MuRFs might trigger on a falling edge, so if it seems out you could try inverting your squarewave before sending it to the tap/step input.

Note also the anti-parallel diodes that limit the voltage change at the centre -- an "electrical" deadband. Presumably something like this is on the Mini? It'd also be possible to do it in software if the pitchbend was tied into the MIDI-CV.

Not that I know of, there's a few threads discussing dynamics processors like compressors etc. but I think it's a limitation of the hardware. If you call Moog they might be able to help you adjust it?
