a six pack and some power

So at this point I have the six pack and a cp251. I'd like to find a convenient power solution. Has anybody tried the Voodoo Labs power pedals II. With 7 or 8 MF's?

Thanks in advance

The brown truck came today!!! :D Midi Murf #011. I only had a little while to play with it so far but I think this little box might have jumped pretty close to front of the line.

Quote: We have no immediate plans to design CP-style Moogerfoogers, though it is an interesting idea. I'll make a note of it. You may be able to get something interesting going without changing your hardware. A simple patch bay and a few extra chords might allow a "breakout" accessible MF....

I got my first quote for the metal bits. At fifty pieces we are looking at somewhere between $10.00-$12.00. If we can put together an order for 75 -100 it drops to around 5 or six bucks. I'll order 10, six for the current units and a few more for if I ever double up on a couple or if Moog ever comes...

Well, I won't go as far as saying the best or the first. But check out Raymond Scott and Morton Subotnick. Having said that neither one of them used Moog. But that's ok we can still enjoy

Voltor, Thanks for being the first to pony up. I'll let you know when we have it all together. Also how do you all see yourself mounting these? Table top laying flat grouped together like a giant pedalboard? Or mounted 3 up 3 down in a rack type enclosure ? Or as a modular synth type set up? My gues...

Re: Daily (sort of) update

Friggin' AWESOME! If you could offer the enclosures, or panels or whatever on E-Bay, I will totally be your #1 customer![/quote] At this point I don't see myself selling these on ebay to forum brethren. I'm not looking to make a dime off of us. I would just need people to commit to buying ...

Were you thinking of making a whole new face, or just a "breakout panel" for the sockets?

Andy

It will be a 2 1/4" x 5 1/6" x 2 1/4" breakout panel. Just kind of a back cap if you will

Daily (sort of) update

So I called a local powder coating shop by home today. He gave me a rough estimate of $2-3 per unit for mat black. That is including set up. I also found out today that rewiring the board mounted jacks is no problem at all for anyone who is handy with a soldering iron. I'm waiting for estimates from...
