I also scratched my Voyager EB (black) when it was pretty new and it felt of a stand when I triped a cord. not too bad but one smaller scratches (that I covered with a black pen). Anyhow, I like the cherrywood cabinet more and wonder if it's possible to replace the cabinet and some details about it ...

Wow, SoundTower is still alive and kicking! Had hard to believe that when I contacted them a number of times for support. Moog finally helped me. Anyhow, this is great news! I'll buy one!

Turn Local Off on the Voyager. The rest of the problem is probably related to the configuration of the sound card.
