Limited Edition Bubinga mini vs Performer
Are the Mini Moog Voyager Performer Edition and the Mini Moog offered with the Limited Bubinga Edition Bundle the same synthesizer? One online dealer offers two mini moog Voyagers: Moog Limited Edition Bubinga Minimoog Voyager Bundle with CP-251 and VX-351. Or Moog Minimoog Voyager Performer Edition...

Re: Need General Moog Synth Info Please
Thank you for that very in-depth review of all the various instruments. This really helps. As a side note unrelated to "strings", I am also very seriously considering getting the mini moog performer edition just because I'm a die-hard '70's Prog Rocker and love that unmistakable sound. I w...

Need General Moog Synth Info Please
I own two pieces of Moog equipment. Taurus 3 B/P Moogerfooger MF-102 Ring Mod So as you can see, my Moog product knowledge is very limited. I need a keyboard instrument that will offer GREAT strings and all "weirdness" in between. I love all things analog and would like to stick with Moog ...

Lo Z / Hi Z - T3
I rearranged my music room which meant disconnecting some equipment and reconnecting. So now I'm looking at the Lo Z and Hi Z impedance outputs on my T3 and asking myself "Now, how did I have that connected?" So here's my signal path: T3 + Macki Mixer Line IN + Macki Mixer Main OUT (L &...

Re: Taurus stage monitor
I use two QSC KW152's both running through a little Mackie mixer.
Sounds fantastic. You really don't need the 153's.
I highly recommend QSC. Good stuff.

Re: T3 Reset HELP
I found my problem;
I had hit "Bank" by mistake and when I followed that with hitting one of the pedals it changed the presets/bank.
So I hit "Bank" then a "C" note. That brought me back to normal.
Whew….Thought I had a terminal brain-fart there that wouldn't go away.

T3 Reset HELP
I accidentally hit some buttons and now I cannot get it to default to the Taurus I setting. I've tried a Factory Restore and Reboot but still it won't reset to the factory default TI when turned off then on again. It's defaulting to "E2 Extreem Detune" "CUTOFF: 3368" every time I...

Re: New To Minimoog Voyagers - Question
It sounds like the Performer and Select Series are essentially the same animal with the exception of the backlighting correct? Take a look at the attached link to Sweetwater here. http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/VoyagerPerf/ This "Free OS Update" they speak of. Is this something spe...

New To Minimoog Voyagers - Question
I've decided to branch out a bit with my recordings and add to my quiver with a Minimoog Voyager. I love my T3's but need some additional analog synth and my midi keyboard controller using plug-in's just isn't cutting it. Bottom line is I want that calssic '70's Prog Rock synth sound and I think the...

Re: QSC KW Series And The T-3
If I recall, your sales rep told you that a second set wasn't necessary  You are indeed correct sir. But the OCD part of me just HAD to have two. However, it does sound even better. Also, I'm now using them for my bass guitar in conjunction with a Tech 21 Sans Amp Bass Driver. Sounds amazi...

T3 Access Cover
I hadn't logged onto the micro site in a while and saw that a video was posted showing in time-lapse photography the assembly of the T3.
It clearly showed the entire top control panel being raised like the hood of a car. Has anyone tried (for whatever reason) doing this?
