What's they saying? Give a man a Moog and he makes some noise. Teach a man how to use a Moog and he makes a hit record!
Anyhow, I think some people here will get a "kick" out of this!

Re: New from Moog!!! 'The Ladder' 500 series Filter
This has made me so angry that I wish Amos would stand up for this and give an explanation of what the F they were thinking.
The Animoog is awesome and doesn't need to be defended but this is very different and makes me question what's going on there in Asheville.

Sorry Erick, not Eurorack but drivel marketing garbage. BTW, has Moog ever heard of MU format?EricK wrote:WOW 840 bucks?
Eurorack?
I want to see where this goes! This is probably the most significant development since the Voyager.

I'll say that Soundtower hasn't been the greatest in the customer service department!

Re: Little Phatty Editor costs Money. Seriously?
I can't help but feel that had Bob been around, he'd have made sure to get it out for free to those who'd spent a lot of money on a Phatty. Why? Bob was around when the Voyager editor came out and it wasn't free. This whole thread is ridiculous. Maybe the LP should come with a CV pedal for free. Af...

Morton Subotnick's Silver apples of the Moon! Mostly Buchla but you can coax some similar sounds out of the Voyager/Foogers/LP.

Re: New Firmware v3.1 for Slim Phatty, LP Stage and Tribute
loaded V3.1 on my stage 1 using Windows 7 (64-bit) with a MIDISPORT 2x2 and everything went quick and painless. I'm also running the PhattyTuner software on the same system with no problems.
Love the update! A big Cheers to Amos and the rest of the Moog crew who brought this together!!

Yup! Set the Mod buss Soruce to ON, Destination to Filt., Shaping to ON, Amount to 10. Turn down the Filter Cutoff and turn up the Filter Resonance to just before it starts to self oscillate.

The Release stage becomes active when the keys are released. Otherwise it will remain at the Sustain level.quimgagarin wrote:when I hold down the keys the Release is mute!!!

Welcome to the forum fyvewytches!
The RME has a very high build quality and I would certainly recommend it if you're tight on space. You can also add a VX-351 adn VX-352 for some extra modulation routing.
That being said I personally could not live without the touch surface!
