Re: MF-106 High Pass Filter
I wish there was a way to isolate just the highpass in the Voyager. It can get close some settings with the spacing resonance and pole settings, but not quite

Re: MF-106 High Pass Filter
Just tried out the reverse phase highpass filter trick. Works great! I love getting new patch ideas to play off of, thanks!

Great pro tip MC! I've got to try that out

Re: just when I think I'm getting a little bored of the voya
What ever you want really. If you want four lfo's...mod wheel buss = lfo, pedal buss vco 3, pot mapping source 1= mod 1 input with external lfo (from cp25, moogerfooger etc) plugged into mod 1 input, pot mapping source 2= mod 2 input with external lfo plugged into mod 2 input. Although thinking abou...

Re: just when I think I'm getting a little bored of the voya
No they are inputs or sources. In the pot mapping the buss amounts have no affect.

Re: Calibrating Voyager Pitch CV output
Yeah I found out from moog that it's not possible, but I did contact Roger at synthesizers.com and its possible to adjust the the base frequency of the q106 via trim pot on the back. So it's all good

Re: Calibrating Voyager Pitch CV output
I know that, it's how I'm doing it now. But I don't want to have to use that anymore. I hate tying up the mixer just to get the pitch right. I was hoping for an internal fix

Calibrating Voyager Pitch CV output
I need a permanent offset of the pitch cv output. It tracks beautifully across the range of my dot com oscillators, but I either need to tune them up a third or offset the voltage before going into the dot com. is there way to just adjust a trim pot on the inside of the voyager ? Thanks

just when I think I'm getting a little bored of the voyager
... It always manages to surprise me. So if you have a vx351 or cp251 or both and and some patch cables you can add four more modulation destinations via the pot mapping. I've grown quite fond of adding playing dynamics to the envelopes and wave shapes and filters. But I noticed for the first time t...

Re: additional envelope generators
ColorForm, I see you have a couple Q109 Envelope Generators. Is this what your using for additional envelopes? I'm thinking about getting some eurorack envelope generators but I think Q109s might be a better option. Yep that's what I'm using. I'm also looking into the synth cube dual buchla style e...

Re: additional envelope generators
Absolutely! One of my new favorite ticks is mixing multiple envelopes together going to the filter for extra plucky sounds.

of course! I layer with my modular mostly. but I've done it with blofeld, Micromoog, jx3p all with great results

Re: RME as binaural tone generator
you can use the two Low Pass Filters with the resonance cranked up as stereo Sine wave oscillators, but you wont have as much control over the individual pitches. if you have a vx-351 you can route oscillator 3 and oscillator 1 or 2 (via the PGM Sources) to each of the mod busses and then have the r...
