Re: Voyager keyboards
FWIW, my Select Series #224 already had a problem with the keyboard. I took it to be serviced and they said it'd be easy to fix (they said that some of them of the springs were loosened after too much transportation - which is definitely not the case). After 2 or 3 days they called back (after getti...

Re: Interesting model D / Voyager comparision
Ramp was radically different, I couldn't dial the waveshape the match the model D. Now the 3rd VCO on the D has both rising and falling ramp, the other two have falling ramp only which I couldn't match. So I tried the model D 3rd oscillator rising ramp and WHAMMO that matches the Voyager. Radically...

Re: Strange problem
I have spoken with Moog's tech department and it's most likely a velocity problem. Also MC told me that Moog let some Voyagers slip with a problematic keybed.
I am taking to Moog's authorized technician here in Greece.

Re: Strange problem
Hi Till
yes, I think it's a Fatar keyboard. I am not 100% sure though. MC told me in another forum that Moog let some bad keyboards slip off... If that's the case then shame on them.
Now... what's the email for Moog's tech support?

Re: Strange problem
All black keys are ok.
The white keys in the rightmost octave are ok
All other white keys (except for 3-4) are "double"
I have transposed the keyboard and what was playing "double" moved to the first octave and it plays fine.

Strange problem
Hi all,
I have noticed a weird problem with my Voyager. When I quickly let go off some keys in certain patches, they re-trigger. The envelope release switch is set to on. Switching it to off, and the problem barely perceptible.
Can someone help?

Re: LFO question
Hello, there is no such thing as a saw wave in the LFO section of the Voyager. It's either triangle or pulse. If you want a saw LFO you need to use Oscillator 3: 1. Set the Oscillator to LFO mode 2. Dial the sawtooth wave 3. Adjust the freqeuncy 4. In the buss that you want to use select Osc3 as sou...

I would suggest that it would be much more likely they would speak up if they simply thought it wasn't feasible, so as to tamp down expectation. To me, their silence suggests they're actually working on it, or at least considering it. Considering some of Amos's posts on other forums... I'd say it's...

In the Voyager Expert Surface: 1. It's not possible to click on the 3KB switch to change its status. 2. It's not possible to click on the 3 Freq switch to change its status. Click Options --> Show Moog 3. Clicking either on the 3KB or 3 Freq knobs changes the status and their changes are reflected i...
