just a though...the CP-251 doesn't handle any audio so the pots they use may differ and may not be to the standard of the pots used in the pedals where audio quality is a concern. I don't know too much about electronics but I don't see how a better pot would affect performance of something that onl...

it's a shame the MuRF doesn't have a "rate output" then you could use tap tempo on anything.
Control the tempo of the MuRF (that is being sent to the rate output) by tapping a foot switch.

similar to the moog delays only digital

Image

it has cv control over parameters and access to the feedback path the only difference is that it's digital (oh and it doesn't have the looks the 104 has)

plug the 104 into the send return loop on a mixer, have two channels on the mixer turn up the send to your hearts content and mantain control over the individual channels, you don't have to stop at two channels!

or get two for more control over the stereo field with regards to delay.

or release the long awiated vco/vca module that everyone wants and throw in a few multis

they could have a range of cp sized units that all have different specialities as well as multis

the 251 being the basic unit to start off with.

i've always wanted a complete roland system 100 (not the 100m) and a voyager would be nice but to choose two of the synths i've used i'd choose a roland jupiter 4 and a yamaha DX 100 I have used and own a DX7 but the 100 is just a bit cooler i think, i don't know why but it just submits to my will m...

Nah, i don't want a chorus (well i kinda do but you can use the z or original 104 for chorus, chorus effects are usually within 30-60ms) it's phasing and flanging that are closer to what i'd like to do with the sd (if it does have a really short delay time that is) but really, i just want to play ar...

does anyone know the shortest delay time on the SD? I'll probably be getting the Z unless the SD has a shorter delay time and i'm lucky enough to get one. I'm a bit pissed off (not really i'm thrilled at the chance to get a 104 of any kind) that the original has 10ms shorter shortest (104 = 40-800ms...

"A VCA is essentially an attenuator with a CV input" really? I thought you would be able to use the attenuator as a VCA in the orientation i put forward but then, as i do not really understand the electronics of it, I was not sure (maybe there was some crazy audio amp thing that makes it n...
