I checked with our marketing folk; they say it's OK to post screenshots if you want. :) Thanks very much for your consideration! Great - thanks for that. I think everyone should see the quality of the work you and your team have been doing with this: Sub-37 Editor.gif Sub-37 Editor 2.gif Sub-37 Edi...

Re: Sub 37 pre-release Editor 0.9.25 + firmware version 1.1.
You probably get the same as me then Glyn - if I make changes in the editor then it is recorded and played back with the editor knobs moving. In envelopes it shows as a "sub 37 editor" parameter with the correct name eg Filter Cutoff If I make changes with the hardware, then it gets record...

Re: Sub 37 pre-release Editor 0.9.25 + firmware version 1.1.
Hi all, I have the new editor and Firmware and so far I think it is great. I have one problem and that is, how do you set up the VST editor to work in Ableton Live 9.5, it`s baffling me? Many thanks Glyn. Hi Glyn - this is what I did to get it working in live 9.5 Drag Instruments>External Instrumen...

Re: Sub 37 pre-release Editor 0.9.25 + firmware version 1.1.
I just hooked up my sub 37 via 5 pin din midi to my steinberg ur22 interface on my mac and the editor is working the same as it does via usb (other than needing to have the correct midi input/output ports selected in the editor). I can send my own patches from the librarian to the 37, I can use init...

Re: Sub 37 editor/librarian and VST plugin
If I've sent you a download link, I would appreciate it if you did not post it publicly. It's pretty difficult to stay on top of even an open-by-invitation beta... posting the link in the wild means I have no idea who out there is using it, and they won't be on my list for subsequent updates and fu...

Re: Sub 37 pre-release Editor 0.9.25 + firmware version 1.1.
I've not seen anything new in the firmware with regards to stand-alone features - I think it's more about providing the necessary compatibility with the editor.Hey can someone using the new firmware comment on new features?
The firmware changelog doesn't have any entries for 1.1.13

That's an old photoshopped picture from the run-up to the actual launch: https://www.muffwiggler.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=1420119 (the muffwiggler pics show a 16th jan 2014 creation date and photoshop as the software in the exif info) http://mutable-instruments.net/forum/discussion/4606/moog-sub37/...

Re: Sub 37 pre-release Editor 0.9.25 + firmware version 1.1.
I expect that is by design.
The editor needs a computer to run on, so it seems logical that they'd assume the user has a usb connection - especially as usb allows for much faster data throughput.

I would happily do so, but with Amos not making the link public and not posting any screenshots of it himself as far as I'm aware, I don't feel comfortable posting screenshots. Please post a few screen shots of the editor while we anxiously wait for Amos' reply email. Thank you.

Re: Sub 37 pre-release Editor 0.9.25 + firmware version 1.1.
I'm loving the workflow for patch creation with the editor. Things that I'm finding really useful for patch creation: - Being able to see clock divisions for the LFOs in the editor as they're changed on the sub 37 - easily see/set clock divs for the env sync - Access to normally deep menu items like...

Just realised that I made a typo - which I've changed:
If you want it to play the same whether you hold a key or not, then you could set the Filter decay and release to the same level

Re: Sub 32 pre-release Editor 0.9.25 + firmware version 1.1.
Maybe Amos and co will decide to just publish the download link and let everyone who wants to try it do so.
More feedback on problems, less resentment building up from those waiting.
Having played with it for a few hours today, I think they've done a brilliant job so far with it.
