Re: Adding Sequencer to my Voyager
so, if I am to understand correctly, if I buy a Sub 37, which I was already considering, I can connect it to my Voyager and use the Sub's arpeggiator to control the Voyager? How does one connect a Voyager to an Ipad to use a software program as a sequencer/arpeggiator? I'm sure this is all rudiment...

Re: Sub 37 feature suggestions - firmware updates
Real Parameters on the display like the Voyager does. This would be incredibly useful.
I can't think of anything else it's lacking now, it's pretty fantastic @ 1.1

Re: Adding Sequencer to my Voyager
Hi Gang, Here's a better list of Sub 37 Knobs & Buttons that can remotely control a Voyager (at least based off their MIDI Charts; I'm not at either unit right now). Here is another one of your posts that i am screen capping and saving to my iPad. You are a great resource and asset Dan, thank y...

Bravo Amos and your team!! This update is an UPGRADE, absolutely love the new features! I am completely and utterly lost in trying to figure out the Sequencer beyond just originally recording one, I can't believe i have to actually read the new manual! Wtf? Kidding  Any chance of having actual...

Re: Adding Sequencer to my Voyager
Very interested in sequencing and as a Sub 37 owner with eyes on buying a MiniMoog Voyager... I'm curious to know the following... can you connect the Sub 37 (via midi out) to the Voyager (midi in) Just tried the 37 sequencing the Voyager just now, and it works great. The Sub 37 was my first Analog...

I just tried Patch Morpher this week, works great. I thought the vid sounded off key as well but using it myself it sounded just perfect.midilifestyle wrote:has anyone tried the ios app yet? Re: sub37 version 1.1 release date?
I can understand if someone were upset because there was a major bug in the current version that made it unreliable or unusable, but I can not understand being upset about waiting for a free major enhancement of features and easier use of controls. Whenever it is released, I really appreciate all th...

Re: Bob Marley- Stir It Up- on Voyager Help?
This guy got it pretty good on a model D Ive never played a model D so those are just what I see from the video. Probably have to fine tune it for a voyager but should get you close. Thank METERMAN i will give it a try. I just absolutely love that sound. I was able to get almost dead on with the Ar...

Bob Marley- Stir It Up- on Voyager Help?
Can anyone tell me how to make that wonderful sound on a Voyager? All i could find was on very low resolution YouTube with the camera shaking back and forth and i cannot tell what the settings are because if you pause it its a blur. And I suspect some Reverb and Delay would help but it's the Voyager...

Re: Sub 37 chords
I was hoping to get a third pitch so I bought a Slim Phatty but you unfortunately still have only 2 simultaneous pitches and would have to buy 2 Slims plus your 37 to get 3 pitches. So better to buy another Sub 37, that may not even be 4 pitches as you would expect, maybe someone knows for sure. I a...

Re: Waahaaay!! My Sub 37 arrived
I believe that the Filter CV is pure analog hard wired and not digitally controlled so only the Pitch, Volume and Gate can be re-assigned through firmware.

Re: Waahaaay!! My Sub 37 arrived
I am blown away every single time I play it, I have had such a great time making my own presets. It really is a Masterpiece! ( display excepted haha) I can't wait for the editor so I can see how some of those factory presets were made like 8-10 Just Add Kick Drums, coolest preset I have ever heard. ...

Re: Synth Comparison Methods
Dan you should do a Youtube channel like Marc Doty or Nick Batt. You understand synthesizers like the back of your hand and you are able to explain it so damn well! You can get sponsors and make some money. He does, for Sweetwater I dont mean product overview and summary, I mean in depth instructio...
