Totally agree! The Moog website is really very nice, but certainly it would be great to see more in-depth how-to videos from Moog online. The bands and musicians are all great doing their thing with Moog gear, but sometimes a video can answer a million questions quickly about all sorts of functions.

For the S&H track you could try sending the audio through the Carbon Copy, and just dial-in the delay time by ear. I find analog delays are good for this because you can hear the delay time changing in real-time as you turn the knob, and it is fairly easy to hear when it is in time with the music.
