Are there any differences between Little Phatty vs. Taurus Arpeggiator?
After I have been thoroughly LOVING my Minitaur I finally took a look at the T3 and thought it looked considerably more like a Slim Phatty with Pedals than the Minitaur or Voyagers...

Re: Phatty White Edition presets - FXB format for VST-AU edi
have you actually figured out how to succesfully send and save banks and or individual patches? I have only managed success with running the Rekon VST-AU Editor as a plug-in for use tracking in Logic ~ never to actually edit and save new patches. I have brought into the house tonight out of the stud...

Re: What is this waveform visualizer called?
hey, EXCELLENT videos Voltor! I LOVE the one where you wear welding goggles and play Control Voltage with two 1/4" jacks on your tongue! :D i have seen big old used analog Oscilliscopes up for sale, and how you say CHEAP, but with BNC jacks and have wondered how I would go about rigging one up!...

Re: Minitaur Editor 2.0 / DAW midi conflict, anyone else ?
It should be running solid... and most likely the problem is not your hardware. Just try updating the firmware again if you haven't already http://www.moogmusic.com/products/taurus/minitaur#downloads-tab Then make sure you power off and on again after you run the update then check to make sure you a...

Re: Route LFO to Noise?
No If memory serves that example I was thinking of in the MoogerFooger manual was taking the Noise from CP-251 and feeding it into a MidiMurf but I think you could get good results with a phaser, and of course definitely great results feeding into one of the Moog synths as external audio to add into...

Re: Route LFO to Noise?
Modulating a noise source isn't so unusual -there's at least one example in the moogerfooger manuals on how to take the noise source out of a CP-251 and feed into moogerfooger to do exactly that  In the book "ANALOG DAYS" http://books.google.ca/books/about/Analog_Days.html?id=3hjvWzkM...

Re: Trade Voyager Traing DVD for moogerfooger Traing dvd??
Those are two of my fave DVDs!!! ~ I would gladly welcome some MORE in the series e.g. for the Clusterflux, the new 104M I ordered, maybe Slim Phatty, the Minitaur ~ and how about an 'advanced' Part Two~ featuring a deeper look into Control Voltage ~further adventures and applications with the CP-25...

Re: pitch microphone stand interference
i'm very surprised to read anybody can get a theremin working on a table ~ I haven't tried that with mine but saw the warnings against it and in fact, the first time I saw one that's how the fellow had it set up and he couldn't get a peep out of it. I wonder does anybody know if the height of ...

Re: Minitaur vs. Slim Phatty
these Moogs, they can play in eachother's registers but they are all VERY different instruments ~ Minitaur vs. Slim Phatty & the Voyager too i'm glad to have one of each ~ as well as #1~ the SOUND ~another major difference between them all is the interface and how you can actually play each of t...

Re: Cluster Flux LFO Out CV MOD - who wants this?
I haven't touched my CP-251 wanna SELL it to me? ~ I have been imagining ways I might be able to use a second CP-251  ~ i am really digging the ClusterFlux ~ enjoying the thread, if a little confused why you would need an OSC out with all the rest of them available on the other Moog modules re...

Re: Minitaur with Moogerfooger
Same here - the low pass was the last one for me and surprised me with how wonderfully useful it has been - despite already having the "same" filter in my Voyager, Slim Phatty and Minitaur ~ next I will maybe add a second CP-251 or a different 104 - I have the 104z not sure how different i...

Re: Minitaur CV question
CP-251 for splitting the signal ~ and for a simple gate solution try using any pedal switch with on/off like a sustain pedal
The Slim Phatty is set up the same way as the Minitaur CVs, but interestingly the Voyager removes the necessity of patching into the Gate CV with the keyboard/external switch

Re: Problem with MINI MOOG VOYAGER EDITOR 3.7.0 Sound Tower
I guess I better not upgrade ~ mine is 3.6.3 (I think)
On the Macintosh and seems to be working OK
Just using it again today ~ now that my Voyager is back from repairs
