Re: New Moog Website Design
I don’t like to complain, thats not my way of living, but this is bad and like many others I gave my opinion and suggestions to Moog Multi Media Department when they asked. Sadly, when I looked today if it starded getting any better yet, that I hope and believe it will be, I found it even worse, its...

Re: Moog One vs Other Polysynths
... i expect that the thinnest sounding will be the prophet. i think the reason is the DCO’s, they’re reined in too tightly. i hope moog one has a more realistic analogue-sounding control of the oscillators. and has the Boom factor that the poly six has..... The Prophet 6 has, opposed to other mode...

Re: New Moog Website Design
They do listening: Recieved a friendly email from the Moog Media Department who read this thread and were listening to suggestions. Fellow Moog fans and paying customers (paying for the website among other things...), I don't think Moog reads their own forums anymore. At least they have not responde...

Re: Moog One Answers
I have a desire for ONE and might head that direction down the road, but: It is a lot of menu diving in the ONE workflow, about all videos shown so far is about a menu diving workflow. A big reason to me to use HW analog synths instead of software (sorry I used the S-word) dito is, except the soul f...

Re: New Moog Website Design
Aware of new things can be a little bit strange at first place I experiencing it as a forced “must make somethinh new and inovative” (the same spirit as at the NAMM show the other year without any products - at a product presentation messe). It seams like the web design team forgot that all communic...

Re: Hot Since 82 Deep Tech House Subbass - Filtered/"Underwa
First of all the pitch is very low, a little bit lower than “normal” bass range. Sounds like one or two oscillators with a triangle wave containing a lot of resonance giving the character of the sound. To be able to be heard easely in smaller speakers I guess another oscillator was used an octave up...

Re: LFO with upper & lower limits?
Is it LFO Square Wave you’re looking for (no slope will be in the LFO signal, just limited to an upper and a lower position)?

Re: New Voyager XL only plays C4?
Yes, update the firmware has solved some weirded issues on Voyagers before, it might be the solution. If not, this might give a clue of whats going on: Two of my older analog synths (Yamaha SY-1 and Polivox) has been equipped with MIDI in (what an idiot I was who didn’t chose CV in instead, the Voya...

Re: Voyager XL syses of originals patches
I found the sysex files for the regular Voyager at my Moog account, and if I remember right at SoundTower as well. Based on that I suppose the Voyager XL sysex files can be downloaded at your Moog account.

Re: Voyager XL Mods
Some years ago the Swedish Moog agency told me that they “ofcourse make the slew rate mod as it is a factory mod” but they had not made it before and had to check with Moog HQ. I heard nothing back from them and I let it fade away. If its a factory mod its strange Moog has not, at least what I have ...

Hide minor scratches
One day, sooner or later the first scratch comes of every instrument and device. Today came, after a year in my possession, my the one on my Model D Reissue. Re: voyager live amplification
I use whatever PA system located, small or large, monitoring by headphones or in ear. If go with a single amplifier/speaker I would defenitly buy a Bose L1 compact - it is clean, powerful and beautiful as the Voyager.
