the phrase "You catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar" comes to mind.
Now I shall ascend amidst a great chorus of Moog Trumpet patches back up into the sky
p.s. I'm having a good week...that advice is free too ;)
cheers

As The LPTE Turns
Last episode Frank and Barbara were.......... It would seem to me that the LPTE was/is a total success for Moog, out of 1200 units sold there seems to be a very small percentage of users who are not happy. The forums provide a public vehicle for everything from complaints to atta-boys. Complaints al...

midi poly
most definitely yes, i just tried it out with OP-X Pro VSTi in Nuendo 3.2
it makes a dandy little controller...drop some nice phat analog moog in behind a cool VSTi patch and turn your ho-hum VSTi into a SUPER VSTi !!
Cheers :)

pretty cool
yes is pretty cool app...runs gr8 in Nuendo however Sonar hung on it. i still dont get it tho.....i bought the LP so i would have physical knobs to turn instead of fighting with a mouse, and of course cuz its a moog. i suppose if you put librarian/editor functions into a later version will be the be...

Monophonic
the LP only has ONE voice it is NOT multitimbral. You can hook it up to a DAW via midi and/or audio and use it as an analog Moog or as a midi controller for OTHER VSTi's. The Librarian is not needed for this. All it does is provide a way to store/send sysex banks or edit an existing patch on the Pha...

Timeframes
I guess when we see the LPTE memory upgrade kit the OS will be soon to follow. It is required I believe before v2.00 can be loaded.
