Re: Just got a Minimoog Voyager!
There are no other VCA trimmers. I suspect the filters are slightly different with tolerances and such. This would explain why you only hear the bleed through one side.I assume your sound is in dual low-pass mode. Thanks a lot! That's good news for me then... I'm waiting for my multimeter to arrive...

Re: Just got a Minimoog Voyager!
Nice video, thank you fore sharing! The Voyager sounds great, looks great, is great and I love it! Thanks. I couldn’t agree more... what an incredible instrument! Adjust trimmer RP8 (analog board). It seems that this trimmer is the overall output adjustment, isn’t it? I received the calibration man...

Re: Just got a Minimoog Voyager!
I’m back! Yes, the small oscillator leak continues, but I’m not actually really worried about it, as it seems simple to solve with some calibration on a VCA trimmer (according to Adam and also a friend of mine that works with electronics and builds his own synths as a hobby). I’m currently waiting f...

Re: Voyager Oscillator Leak
does it happen thru the headphone jack as well? also if you reset the voyager to default parameters? ( factory reset p68 of manual here https://www.moogmusic.com/sites/default/files/voy_user_manual_combo.pdf ) Yes, I was only using it with headphones and noticed it just this week. Did try resetting...

Voyager Oscillator Leak
Hey! I just made a topic where I praise finally getting my Voyager. I started testing a few stuff here and got something that is currently annoying me. When I set the cutoff all the way down, I get a strange leak from all sonic sources from the mixer in the RIGHT EAR-LEFT OUTPUT. I can hear the leak...

Re: Just got a Minimoog Voyager!
Hey guys, I’m kind of sad now..... I’ve just perceived some kind of oscillator leakage on the left channel with the filter totally closed. I don’t know if this is a miscalibration thing or really a problem, but either way, I’d have to open my Minimoog to adjust something or send the boards to Moog M...

Re: Just got a Minimoog Voyager!
thx for posting that, it is very interesting stuff You’re welcome. I’m exploring the Minimoog Voyager a bit more before getting it to be the main part of my sound. I’m loving every minute. I’ve done some conversions on the waveform for those who, like me, don’t like the “display parameter” thing......

Re: Just got a Minimoog Voyager!
I was searching this forum for some information, and started wondering the points where the oscillators on the Voyager would be closer to the Model D. After some time searching, Greg from KnobTweat (great source for Moog information), pointed to a small document that had all I wanted. The following ...

Re: Just got a Minimoog Voyager!
1. Is there a shortcut for current panel settings? In the Edit menu find the "Preset Cursor" function. Set it to 3 - Real Panel Values. You'll then have to save this to the patch(es) you want to use it for. Or set it to 0- Global Cursor and again save it to the patch(es) you want to use i...

Re: Just got a Minimoog Voyager!
2. Is there a way to save the “show parameters” thing to NO? Yes hit the Panel button (maybe twice) and go to Parameter Display; select No. It should remember this setting on power cycling. Hmmm... maybe something is wrong with mine. I'm using 3.5 (from factory) and when I power it up I need to do ...

Re: Just got a Minimoog Voyager!
Uma história de amor :) I recently felt the same thing buying what is -paradoxally- my first bass. Sometimes, you even try alternatives to just understand that you already have your instrument or effetct of choice. Anyways, congrats on your Voyager, glad to read it suits you perfect! As far as your...

Just got a Minimoog Voyager!
Hey guys, I just got a Minimoog Voyager Performer Ed. (April 17th, brand new in a closed box!!), and I’ve been enjoying it very much! It was a dream of mine since I got my first Moog, a Little Phatty. Since then, I’ve bought a lot of things before realizing that the only instrument I really needed/w...

Re: Polychaining: The Phatt Bastard Project
Excellent post! Having 3 Slim Phatty to polychain with my Little Phatty is a current dream of mine. The only problem is that I live in Brazil, and they’re rare around here.
