Re: Kraftwerk?
I don't own either but will listen to either. SO I think my answer would be both and I also like Devo. I have been told I am twisted so take my likes with a grain of salt. haha

Re: Mother 32 + Minitaur
I would be interested in hearing/seeing this also, my mind and gut tells me the two together would be very good.

editor and El Capitain
Curious has anyone used the Minitaur editor with the newest mac OS. I have not upgraded yet, waiting on NI but soon hopefully and I am curious if the Minitaur editor is good to go. I tried a search but haven't found any info on this. Thanks!

Re: Do I need a Sub37??
I use a couple QSC K10 or some dt880pros for the synths I have including the minitaur. I could use a sub of ruminator but the K10 do work well. The QSC are active speaker cabs. You may find with proper levels you princeton will be ok, but if you go bass or lower I just worry about ruining a guitar s...

Re: Do I need a Sub37??
I don't know, keep the levels low you would probably be ok the speaker could take a beating depending on the speaker in it it is voiced for a guitar and the low end could be an issue.

Re: Do I need a Sub37??
Congratulations! I must admit to being a bit jealous I have yet to get mine! No Gibsons here but I hear you. I love my strat but my go to guitar is a 000-18ge with the 37 burst Martin! Hmm now I wonder how you Gibby will sound through the Sub37 but run the sub to a pa or such it would be a shame to ...

Re: Do I need a Sub37??
If you have your heart set on a sub37 go for it. The Sub37 is a great synth, but if you are just interested in that sound there are easier options to getting. Sometimes the want out weighs the easier choice and I get the impression you would like to have the sub37.

Re: Do I need a Sub37??
I honestly thought it was a raspy old organ, maybe through a fuzz or low distortion pedal.

Re: There can be only one.
I think you are all right and what I love about the Minitaur, other then the tone of course, is the midi implementation. Demon_Dan thanks for pointing that out it truly is a no brained when looked at logically. I should have read more about the mother32 that fault rests with me. for five years I hav...

Re: There can be only one.
To true modular is a slippery slope. Two mothers is almost as much as a sub37 which as pointed out is quite a package. They both have pluses and sadly gas dictates getting both! Funny how that works but I doubt I am the only one facing this choice. Solace in numbers? Haha thanks baldeagle your alway...

Re: There can be only one.
Haven't ruled that out but I am curious as to your reasoning. Care to elaborate? Thanks for the reply!
I am actually leaning towards the mothers because I can get them a piece at a time, more budget friendly.

There can be only one.
Well I am in a predicament. I want both e sub 37 and some mother 32 but at this point it has to be one or the other. Sub37 or two or three Mother 32 keeping in mind I have a Minitaur I was thinking maybe two mother32 and the Minitaur might be a good way to go vs the sub 37 but I have joined for the ...
