Well, my first attempt to use the Rise with the Minitaur was not successful. I am still sure it was a setting or something I did but honestly I need to make some notes and and try again. I am fairly confident this will work and work well but I have to figure it out. Cross your fingers please!

I have been doing some reading and it seems the KMI midi expander is just for some of their products but something like the iconnectmidi would work to cover the usb to din, and if I understand correctly you could even do so with out the need to be connected to a computer. I wonder is the mid converter for the QuNexus specific to the QuNexus?

I have the QuNexus and like it but the variability of the sweet spot pad to pad drives me nuts when I use it with velocity.

Just checked, no way to turn audio in on or off, other then using a different cv to adjust it to no volume.

I haven't tried this but would be inclined to try LFO Key Trigger, or switching between saw or square on VCO1 or 2, glide is a good idea as well. Or perhaps release.
