The best place to go for information is the 5U forum on Muffwiggler . Muffwiggler.com the best resource for modular synthesizers on the Internet. The 5U forum is for synthesizers like the absolutely beautiful Moog you have there. Incidentally the term 5U refers to the size of the modules themselves....

In the Modulation section make sure the LFO Rate button is selected (lit) and then adjust the potentiometer.

I'm not sure about the cap value but you'll be mucking around with the power rails. This isn't something done lightly, especially since you don't know what contributed to the cap blowing. I would recommend you take it to a proper Moog service centre and avoid hurting yourself, your Moog and of cours...
