From what I understand it is possible as Roland makes a pick-up with 6 individual outputs for their VG series.

Your idea seems interesting to me. If you try it good luck and let us know how it turns out.

Maybe you can use/modify the Roland pick-up? Or maybe one already exist for your application?

Hmmm, perhaps this would work if you didn't use a smoothing capacitor. Give it a go! Yeah, it would have to be without a smoothing capacitor as that would smooth out the ripples and then he would be just left with a steady DC voltage, it wouldn't even follow the amplitude variations of the LFO beca...

Ok, the LFO signal is present at the accessory port on the rear of the Voyager therefore it would also be present at the CP. I found this on the AMS web site: ACCESSORY PORTS INPUTS This is a standard male DB-25 connector that provides the following control voltage and gate inputs: Control Voltages:...

I don't know which signals are present at the rear of a Voyager but if the LFO's signal is there it could be run to a bridge rectifier or something to that effect. Maybe take a look at the owners manual for the Voyager or one of the interfaces (For example the CP-251) and see if the LFO's signal is ...

Hi, They would be used for Radio Frequency (RF) applications such as Radio Transmitters and radio Receivers, additionally they may be used as a clock for a microprocessor/microcontroller, etc. They are out of the range of audio as these begin at 8MHz (8,000,000 Hertz) whereas audio ranges from 20 he...

Yes, I have an MS-10... in fact I had been trying to sell it on eBay (to use the funds towards a Voyager) but maybe I am asking too much for it. I don't know... I based my price upon what I had seen ones selling for locally at Big City Music (I guess they sold theirs) and some pawn shops. It has the...

I don't have a LP or MMV yet, i'm saving up for a MMV but I do hope someone can help you. I hate to see someone have problems. The only advice I could offer at this point is the general things such as making sure there isn't some type of setting (e.g.- memory protect, etc) that disallows saving prog...

Ok, Its not difficult.... there is an input (Ch 1, Ch 2, X or something like that)... You would have to adjust the amplitude (volts per division) and the time base according to the frequency you want to measure. For example a 1KHz (1000 Hertz) signal has a time base of 1ms (one millisecond). Timebas...

I would assume that if you were able to obtain the pin-outs of both the older Mini's and the Voyager/VX it would simply be a matter of making a cable to match the corresponding signals. I believe signal levels shouldn't be a problem since only analog signals are sent out of the accessory ports. I wo...

Wow! This is one I haven't seen before. But for some reason, like one or two sellers have been able to lace Ebay with these Russian synths for several years now -- The Polivoks, Aelita, Faemi-1, etc. -- which is surprising considering how rare they're purported to be. So either these folks have fou...
