Let me ask you guys this, I plan on getting a 107 as soon as they are available. I own a Little Big Muff distortion pedal that I want to place in the chain as well. Would that work best after the 107 and before the 102 or after the 101? 107->(BigMuff?)->102->101->(BigMuff?)->105/103->103/105->104 Wh...

So,

107->102->101->105->103->104

Would be the ideal set up based on the posts?

You can use TS or TRS. Either one is fine. Just don't mix TRS and TS on the same patchbay, but you can mix them on the MFs and 251. The only place you may find trouble is using an EP-1. The red jacks on the 251 and any of them on the MFs along with a TS cable or TRS cable without the ring terminal d...

museslave, I agree with you completely that there is no comparison between a sample of a Moog and an actual Moog. But, that doesn't mean the door is closed and people will think they're playing a Moog by playing samples and never purchase the hardware. I am a prime example. I was a DJ that wanted to...

I say whatever helps keep Moog in buisness is a go for all of us. A lot of beginners in music have never heard of Moog. This will allow an affordable way for a new generation of musicians to experience the Moog sound. Some of them will go on to purchase real Moog gear like we have. Bob endorsed some...

What kind of case is that? It doesn't look like a "Moog" case..at least that I know of. It's a lot slimmer than the Moog road case. I always feel like I'm transporting small pox or plutonium with that thing. The Voyager is beautiful. Enjoy!

sir_dss, Thank you for the help. Each new clue to this puzzle leads me closer to discovery :D Now I'm thinking that it's got possibly 3 oscillators in there. The high end is definately a saw tooth, and the lows are definately nice and rounded, so would be mostly sine wave. It's probably a synth with...

i'm a huge prodigy fan! liam howlett (sp?) is the main programmer for the prodigy. actually, the prodigy got their name from the moog "prodigy" keyboard. i read in an interview that liam used "one of his favorite synths, the jupiter 8" for the intro to poison. at least i think t...
