I've had this and it's a calibration problem inside the Sub... I've opened mine with instructions of Amos because I live in Brazil, but you can send it to Moog so they can fix it! It's very simple, but I don't think I'm the right prson to tell you how to do it.

They're probably trying to implement this on the Sub world, but isn't available yet...

As for your "coming next", I'd really suggest the Voyager (Performer or Electric Blue). It's way better than anything I've ever heard from Moog that you can buy *new*.

I don't rememore how to select it on the Sub, but there's a simple butim within the Editor.
There's probably a way to access it within the synth, but i really don't remember! Cheers!!

You can also try the different envelope modes... short and long decay. Maybe it will help you to get the timings you want.

Why not just turning the volume knob??
Anyway, I think that's not possible... you can do that with an expression pedal attached to Volume CV In.

No, don't worry. This is probably because Musikmesse was happening this last week, and the guys from Moog were at it on Germany. Wait a little bit more and you'll receivean answer.

No, Beat Freq is independent of VCO Reset (Sync depressed on the hidden functions).
I can't help you with the MIDI stuff, but it's pretty simple... just look the manual.

Even if I bought it here, it would be impossible for a store to exchange it for me... they would send it overseas at best. Anyway, have fun with your NEW Sub Phatt...
