It's not that logical....but you can find it in the Factory Upgrade for Voyager Version 3.X manual...and then on page 14 : http://www.moogmusic.com/manuals/Voyage ... nstall.pdf

I know it can be done in the software....but i believe that Moog doesn't have this on their priority list so to speak....

I am using a Eventide Time Factor since this week.....and am very happy about the sound of it.

Great pedal which has alot of possibilities.

Make a search on this part of the forum on the word "fatar".....guess you will find more then enough info...

If you still have warranty i would suggest to send it back to Moog.

Maybe Amos from Moog can explain better to you why the Phatty is so sensitive to groundloops and such things...???

Like i wrote in my previous mail....it is not your Phatty...it is your power supply/power outlet which is creating a issue. Having decent grounding in your home/studio/live situation is one of the most important parts of your setup. So you can send your Phatty back....but that will not solve your pr...

Sounds to me like a grounding problem...better check how you Phatty is connected with the powerstrip and if this one is grounded yes/no.
