Re: New ExperimentalSynth.com website
Well... people in capes did influence my musical direction quite a bit.
A big milestone in my life was when I realized that I liked my keyboard setup better than Rick Wakeman's spread on the Six Wives album.
Of course, my chops are a different story

Re: New ExperimentalSynth.com website
Thanks for the feedback. I think I may know a work-around. I'll try to get it in place this weekend. In the meantime, here are a few interesting direct links for those hit with the menu problems... http://www.experimentalsynth.com/index.php/videos/moog-voyager http://www.experimentalsynth.com/index....

Re: New ExperimentalSynth.com website
I've had a couple of reports of weird menu behavior. Are you on Firefox on a PC?

New ExperimentalSynth.com website
Just a quick note to let you know that I have redesigned the Experimental Synth website. Lots of Moogy videos and more, organized for your viewing pleasure. Check it out at http://www.experimentalsynth.com What do I mean by "and more", you ask? How about the letter about Bob Moog from 1964...

Re: Little Phatty Solar edition with CV out mod for sale
You sure you want to get rid of the LP? It's a great way to get MIDI clock synced filter modulations (and more) into the Voyager...

Re: Vocoder
Did someone say "Vocoder"? Here is some non-vocal vocoding with a Voyager and a vintage Electro-Harmonix vocoder...

Kalimba with Ring Mod feat. Kevin Spears
Kalimba virtuoso Kevin Spears stopped by the ExperimentalSynth studio a couple days ago. We ran his kalimba through an MF-102 Ring Modulator.

A bunch of synths, sounding good...
Some experimentation with Theremin as CV controller and also, some experimentation with Final Cut video effects. Nothing earth-shattering, but the synths (Voyager, LP, SP) and MIDI MuRF sure sound good...

No. I'll check it out. Unfortunately, the Andromeda was on loan and I have since had to give it back.

Over-the-top Analog
I was able to borrow an Alesis Andromeda for a few days.
Warning: gratuitous use of filters, control voltages and Moog-on-Moog action. Listen loud...
