Re: Voyager stoped working
I'm curious how you determined this to be the problem area and what the source of the problem turns out to be - especially without schematics.

Re: Voyager stoped working
Sorry to say this sounds like a part failure. You'll have to send it in for servicing. You can contact Moog an ask if this might be a known/common symptom of something easily replaceable by yourself - but I doubt it. Good luck.

Re: MIDI Arpeggios not working with Minimoog!
Hmmm strange. Is the motif arpegiator trying to send polyphonic note information? Not sure whether your mini is set up for low, high or last note priority - maybe something to explore. But also try setting the motif to mono mode. Just a thought.

Re: how to trig the LFO 2 with the voyager XL keyboard
Apologies as I own the original Voyager and interface boxes. Most of the LFO2 functionality is unique to the Voyager XL version but I wanted to point you to this if you haven't seen it. https://www.moogmusic.com/sites/default/files/xl_man_add__lfo2_midi.pdf This should answer most of your questions ...

Re: Voyager RME changing presets requires flicking Env / Gat
Most likely the new preset you're switching to does not have the Env Gate switched saved as EXT/ON. After you toggle the switch on the "new preset" save the preset (under Master) and it should work. Also make sure that the Vol Env Gate source (under the Edit menu) is set to "Gate is O...

Re: Pratt-Read keyboard hook broken on vintage Minimoog
Do you think soldering might be enough if the iron is super hot? Trust me soldering won't work- not even close. This is not going to be easy- I don't know of anyone that has had to do this before but I am far from an expert. Assuming you can get a good weld joint I'm not sure you'll be able to bend...

Re: Pratt-Read keyboard hook broken on vintage Minimoog
I would give welding a shot. I've never seen the keyboard frame for sale-even from a scrapped unit. You're going to have to remove everything from the frame and you might consider going to a professional welder - maybe an auto shop. Fortunately I doubt they'd charge more then $30-$40 . Let us know w...

Re: Model D and Sub 37 midi problem
Here is what Moog had to say about the Midi transpose process. This email was went to me after they filmed and emailed me the correct process. Moog is a good company..... The MIDI transposition is split over two octaves, + or – 12 semitones with C2 being the middle note. This means that if you held...

Re: Voyager LCD Internal Light
While turning the glide rate knob clockwise and the oscillator 3 frequency knob counter-clockwise, turn the power switch off.
To restore simply turn the power switch back on.

Re: ENV Gate broken?
Oh man - this one kicked my ass...for a while. In the Edit menu go to the Vol. ENV Gate SRC. and/or the Fil. ENV Gate SRC and select ENV Gate Input. Make sure your Envelope is not on full sustain or full decay - otherwise you may think the gate is on all the time. In the MASTER menu go to Local Cont...

Yeah, sounds like maybe the power up transpose procedure needs a bit of fine tuning

Re: Model D and Sub 37 midi problem
From my reply on GS: I'm guessing you don't have another midi keyboard to verify it's the Model D sending the wrong note (as opposed to something on the Sub37 end). Maybe your Model D midi transpose function got set inadvertently. From the Model D user manual: MIDI OUT TRANSPOSE Hold B3 and press an...
