Re: How Do I update through midi?

Get MIDIOX (http://www.midiox.com/).
Under the menu "Options -> Midi devices ..." select the midi ports your LP is connected to.
Under the menu "Action -> Send -> SysEx File ..." select the SysEx file.

How about: 1. ONE global parameter: - Global keyboard priority - last/high/low 2. One patch parameter - Keyboard priority - global/last/high/low Where each patch setting has priority over the global value. Its a simple IF THEN ELSE  Whichever method is simplest or most logical to implement co...

One solution could be ...

1. Two global parameters:
- Global keyboard priority - on/off
- Global keyboard priority - last/high/low

2. One patch parameter
- Keyboard priority - last/high/low

You can certainly use the Stage presets on the Tribute, but the way to do it would be to send a sysEx patch bank file containing the Stage presets to your Tribute. Will that really work, in spite of the Stage's extra "second destination"? BTW, is there some way to get the patches for the ...

Ok, thanks!

Different OS - Why?

Stage version OS update is looking great /.../ Tribute OS update is out with a handful of beta-testers today, Amos! Why different OS for the Stage and the Tribute? If I look at the pictures, the knobs and their alternatives are the same for both editions. So there shouldn't be any limitations for T...
